If you've been reading you know I was recently asked to join the team at Photocentric - maker of the Teresa Collins stampmaker. If you are not familiar with this very cool tool, you can check it out right here. I will be breaking my brand-spanking-new machine in over the weekend. Can't wait to share my results with you.
Today I've got a couple of Halloween projects I made with the Photocentric free September release. (On the Photocentric blog they release a new design each month that you can download and use in your Stampmaker :) First up is this magnet - I used a Maya Road bottle cap as the base. I stamped and heat embossed the spider web onto some type-patterned paper. I then misted over the paper (the heat embossing resists the ink) punched it out and put it inside the cap. I added some heat embossed spiders and a sentiment on top of that. The string is tied around the back. I glued on magnets from the craft store to finish it off:
For these little Halloween treat bags I first filled the glassine bags with candy corn & Peeps ghosts and sewed them shut. I then stamped onto patterned paper with black Staz-On, punched & cut out the shapes and embellished with them.
Thanks for stopping by today!
