Some Halloween/SRM Sticker Inspo

We are down to only 4 more days of summer vacation and I'm so sad. Luckily there is much to look forward to in the months ahead - especially Halloween. Before you know it, it will be here; my favorite holiday next to Christmas. For this project, featured on the SRM Stickers blog yesterday, I used lots of the brand new We've Got Your Border - Halloween and Labels by the Dozen stickers:

My assignment was to use the new border stickers in a 'non-bordery' way, so I adhered them onto kraft strips, trimmed them out and made them into the letters of my title. I left them a little curled up for added dimension and texture:

Here's a close up of some of the layers:

For a complete run down of all the SRM goodies I used on this page, stop by the blog - which I think of as 'SRM inspiration-central'! Susan, Jenyfur and the design team are so great and maintaining a steady flow of creative, new projects.

Time to go enjoy my last weekday off for a little while. Today's festivities include a gigantic toy room purge so I can repaint, finalizing the book reports from the kid's summer reading and working on some crafty deadlines. A busy day ahead.

Hope you have a great day!
