Operation Write Home & SRM Stickers

Wow, has it been a week since I blogged? It's been a crazy 7 days with family visiting from Italy. Tons of cleaning and cooking and trying to speak Italian. It's been a great time but all non-essential aspects of life have been pushed aside for now. To make up for lost time, I've got two posts for you today - first up my card for the Operation Write Home Birthday Bash:

It's day two of SRM Stickers/Operation Write Home's week-long birthday card feature. SRM Stickers has joined with Operation Write Home to help bring attention to their amazing organization and supply cards for our deployed troops. Check out yesterday's post for the Challenge details - you could win a SRM Stickers Prize Package! Here's my card:
cardstock: Wausau; patterned paper: Jillibean Soup; Stickers: SRM

As usual, I kept it clean and simple and I keep going back to those white backgrounds. The SRM Stickers work so well with that Jillibean Soup paper.

I hope you will stop by the SRM Stickers blog and join us for a chance to win and support this amazing organization. You can read all about Operation Write Home on their website. (1,797,609 handcrafted cards have been deployed since 2007!)

Be back soon!

I love your card Valerie! The bright letters are very eye-catching against the white background!
