The day before the first day of school. I was dreading it this time last week but now I definitely feel like it's time. It will be hard to get back into the routine but it will be good for all of us. I even start school again this week, Decided to take some graphic design classes along with the other course work - so this should be a fun semester.
I have a few things in the works this weekend. I'm trying to get a jump on everything before it gets crazy around here. Yesterday I worked (finally!) on my book for 30 Days of Lists. Here's a sneak peak for ya':
I took apart a project I made over the summer to make this. So far liking the way it's turning out. (I do see now that the '30 days' is a little crooked - need to fix!) I will share the interior once I have it all worked out. While I've been keeping up with my listing (which is really fun!) I haven't actually figured out how they will go into my book.
Yesterday I worked on my first post for Craft Storage Ideas and had a little desk top photo shoot. Here's a peek at that endeavor:
A bowl of Jillibean Soup with a side of SRM (I seriously did not plan the 'soup' in the bowl thing but it kind of worked out ok!) The tubes are SRM and so handy for storing little things - I love how clean and simple they are!
Now I need to do dawn patrol at Staples because I'm that mom that waits until the last minute to buy all the school supplies. Then I promised my son I'd take him here:
The Twin Lights Lighthouse -we have beautiful fall-like weather here in New Jersey today so it should be fun. Bringing the big camera for this one.
Hope you all have a great day - and don't forget to enter my Big Picture Classes giveaway for a spot in Kit-tastic!

Good luck with back to school and enjoy the lighthouse. I like how you define events by a big camera event! I so the same!
The album looks beautiful! Have fun at the lighthouse!
Your album is so pretty! I still need to photograph/post mine. I also like the labels-in-a-bowl. I need to have my supplies out where I can see them or I won't use them. Trouble is having enough open space to *work*, though, without cluttering it up with products.
another local! took a spin around ft hancock and sandy hook yesterday. beautiful day!
