In the crafty world, there's lots of Jillibean Soup on the my desk right now. I love the die cut sheets, particularly the nested circular shapes. I layered them up and used them to make these two cards.
I wanted the background to be embossed but didn't want an all-over pattern. To remedy that problem, I used a small Stampin' Up button die (one that cuts the shape and embosses it at the same time) to make cuts in the same color in the background. Then I scattered them like button confetti and got the exact look I wanted. Here's a close up:
