Today at The Studio Challenges we have a sketch to inspire you. I lifted the sketch from Jan's page from a few months back. Love her simple, clean style and thought her layout could be interpreted in so many cool ways. I didn't stray far from the original, which you can see right here.
Tons of Little Yellow Bicycle on this page. That background paper is almost vintage - and even though it's a big pattern, it had enough detail and color to read behind my white base. Here's my title with that ancient map tape I've been abusing lately:
There are two chances to win stamp sets from Teresa Collins this month so I hope you will link up your projects. And don't forget to stop by the blog to see how are amazing team interpreted this challenge - you are sure to be inspired!
Now, it's back to the loathsome job of painting my scrap room (A.K.A. the other half of my bedroom) which is covered in hideous paneling (that up until 1 hour ago was brown). It's Benjamin Moore Super White for me this time - because I'm desperate for a big, bright transformation. I'll share photos when I'm done.
Also, will be back tomorrow with some happy news to share :)
Thanks for stopping by today!

Fun design - love your page border immensely!
Beautiful layout, the stitched border frames the cute photo perfectly!
Love the patterned paper backdrop. Very cool to use such a crazy piece of paper for the boarder. Usually those papers scare me. It looks awesome here. :)
Thanks, pal. :) I love your take on your sketch of my layout. Ha. :)
That background paper is amazing and I love your little title cluster with the map tape - so cool!
