Yesterday my Christmas mini album was featured on the SRM Stickers blog and Facebook feed - loaded with tons of SRM cuteness and lots of bright holiday paper. The concept for this album was part December Daily journal/part holiday planner. It is made from a 7Gypsies album and the pages are envelopes - perfect for storing collected holiday season 'stuff' like receipts and tickets, etc., or even extra photos.
Here's a close up of my cover. The base is a simple white embossed panel. The red striped rectangle is one of the new SRM Stickers Labels by the Dozen. The colors are bright and gorgeous - that stripe was perfect with those 'vintagey' chipboard buttons. On top of the tag is an SRM Fancy Sticker Sentiment- stuck down to white cardstock then punched out. I stapled the string on to keep it in place:
Here's my inside front cover and page 1. Loving that flourish under the date (also from an SRM Fancy Sticker Sentiment sheet):
A close up of inside cover; an SRM Fancy Sticker Sentiment and Labels by the Dozen holiday tag on top of a die cut frame:
Another layout; here a gigantic 'merry' sentiment fills in the space of an envelope flap perfectly:
Here's another Fancy Sticker/Tag combo:
On this envelope flap I added one of the new We've Got Your Border stickers paired with some tape, fancy stickers and labels:
This little piece of holiday tape on the interior envelope flap supports the tag on the other side:
