So the scrap room saga continues today. The purge is getting serious now and I've got so much stuff to get rid of its kind of sickening.Yesterday I ordered the fabric for the new window treatments - this snappy little number from Duralee (I've had my eye on this fabric for a while - originally for my dining room):
My friend and co-worker Laura will be making this into roman shades for me. Very excited! Today I hope to finish the purge (my Ella friend Diana is part of a great program where she lives in Jamaica - going to send a large batch down there, for sure! You can read about it right here.) then hopefully finish painting the other side of the room by this weekend. I've got to get the crafty side of the room wrapped up since deadlines are approaching now and it's time to get back to work!
Today I've got this simple card set I made with some SRM Stickers and some ancient beachy chipboard shapes I found in my stash. I used to be great at remembering brand names but can't remember who made these. I think maybe Creative Imaginations but don't hold me to that. I embossed the simple white backgrounds with my curvy line paper trimmer to resemble waves:
Thanks for stopping by!
