I like to cut the tags apart and mix them together. Here I cut and stacked 3 of them:
I've also got a couple of graphic birthday cards I made. A mix of Elle's Studio, the same Studio Calico kit from above and some SRM stickers. Love how the graphic elements mix with the cursive font on the stickers. I used the brand new Large Noted Journaling Tags for the circular focal point and added the Handmade Layers Birthday Pennants:
