materials: cardstock: American Crafts; patterned paper, die cuts: Pink Paislee; metal pin: October Afternoon; flag: Pebbles; letters: Basic Grey; string: Divine Twine
Here's a close up of the journaling area. The little kraft tag with the date covers a mistake - a bad stamp of the date right onto the tag. Hate when that happens! So, to make it look like it wasn't a mistake, I put the rest of the journaling on strips, too and that actually worked out ok.
Next up on the blog is a layout I made with some inspiration from Ella Publishing's new List It! Childhood Edition. Will share that one tomorrow along with a giveaway. See you then!
