It's pretty messed up...

when your Picassa library has more photos of your cards and scrapbooking projects than it does of your family - especially at Christmas time! I started off with good intentions. I planned for my "25 Days of Christmas" album. I purchased a new album, I started to amass the Christmas themed product. I even started taking the photos, as evidenced here:

Day 1 - starting the Advent calendar

Day 2: details of the tree
I made it to day 2 then got distracted with other projects and life in general. Besides the fact that I wasn't really feeling the holiday spirit. (I'm still working on that, but I'm nearly there.) Maybe I can get my act together over the weekend and shoot for the "lite" version, a.k.a. the "10 days of Christmas" instead?  (Are there even 10 days left?!) Perhaps a mini album? I think either would be better than the "Zero Days of Christmas."
So it's officially time for me to switch gears to holiday-making mode. It's time to wrap up the decorating (get the boxes out of my dining room), get the holiday cards ordered (yikes!) and start baking the cookies. Oh, it's on!!
As my girl Marilyn would say... "Feliz Noddy Dod - that's Merry Christmas in Spanish case' you didn't know!"
