Day One
Ok, I'll start off easy - with these mint dark chocolate chip cookies. They sure made the house smell nice! My husband is a huge fan of anything mint so these won't last long.

the 12 days of cookies...
ambitious, I know. Since I've fallen way behind in Christmas cookie production, I will try, over the course of the next 12 days, to bake a cookie a day. (On the days where I am icing cookies or decorating cookies, I will count those as the 'cookie of the day' since I'm not superhuman!). I will post my results daily.
Day One

hmmm, I think this "12 days of cookies" thing could make a good mini album, too, no?

Yum - I made 6 batches of lemon sugar cookie dough last night and am baking and icing them today - maybe I'll post my cookie creations and recipe, too. LOVE the idea of the 12 days of cookies mini album! :)
Posting the recipies is a great idea, Amy - I'm looking forward to seeing what you bake. Lemon sugar sounds delightful! I will definitley include recipes when I make the album - I think we are onto something here....
